Basic Tenant qualifications

Your monthly income is around 2.5x the rent amount.

You do not have any pet’s.

You can provide proof of income and employment.

You’ve had a solid rental history—no recent evictions or broken leases.

You’re comfortable with a credit and background check.

There are no recent criminal convictions on your record.

You plan to stay for at least a year unless noted otherwise.

You don’t smoke or are okay with our smoking policy.

You can pay the deposit and first month’s rent upfront.

You’re able to provide landlord references if requested.

You haven’t had late rent payments in the past year.

You’re open to renters insurance (or already have it).

You’ll communicate clearly and respectfully about maintenance or any concerns.
